These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PostToVideo (the “Service”), an AI-assisted short-form video generator operated from posttovideo.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PostToVideo lets you turn written stories, Reddit threads, podcast transcripts and free-form scripts into short-form videos with AI-generated voice-overs, AI-generated imagery, captions and optional gameplay backgrounds. The Service may also help you publish or schedule the resulting videos to third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram once you have connected those accounts.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of the text, audio, images and videos you upload or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant PostToVideo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transcode, transcribe and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including transmitting it to the third-party AI providers and publishing platforms you choose to use.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or applicable laws. Source material imported from public platforms (e.g. Reddit posts, podcast transcripts) is your responsibility to use in compliance with that platform’s terms.
Videos, voice-overs and imagery produced through the Service rely on third-party models (Google Gemini, Imagen, Veo, ElevenLabs, OpenAI Whisper and others). Output may contain errors, omissions or content that you find inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it and for ensuring it does not mislead, defame or otherwise harm third parties.
When you connect a third-party account such as TikTok, you authorise PostToVideo to use the access tokens that platform issues us to upload, schedule and read the status of videos you ask us to publish on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with that platform’s community guidelines, terms of service and any applicable laws when you publish content through it. You may revoke our access at any time from your platform settings or from inside PostToVideo.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Some features may require a paid plan or consume credits. Pricing, included quotas and the cost of AI generation are shown inside the app before you incur them. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice.
The Service interoperates with third-party providers (cloud hosting, AI APIs, publishing platforms). Their terms govern your use of those services and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostToVideo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostToVideo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app banner). Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, except where mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.
